LOG HOUSES
We build these traditional looking houses in three different technologies, depending on the final design: dovetail construction, post-and-plank construction or logs with wood wool sealing.
INTERIOR FINISHING
We offer every type of interior finishing. Our clients can choose from a vast variety of wood, tiles, paints, lighting, doors, railing and other accessories.
RENOVATIONS
Whether it is a bathroom or kitchen redesigning, renovating an old interior or a complete remodeling, we offer full service, including kitchen furniture and sanitary ware.
FRAME HOUSES
Frame houses allow us to achieve any kind of look inside and outside of the house. Interiors of such houses can be finished with drywall or wood paneling.
ROOFING ACTIVITIES
From erecting a roof, through building and renovating roof trusses, to roof cladding - good roofing is key to house's sustainability.
CONCRETE & BRICK HOUSES
These types of homes are the most popular. We can construct them with concrete brick, concrete masonry units or with traditional clay brick.

ABOUT US
We have been successfully providing construction and renovation services in France, England, Switzerland and Poland. Our offer includes building brick and wooden houses, major and minor renovations, structural renovations, roofing works, elevation renovations and interior finishing. We specialize in constructing energy-efficient, technologically advanced buildings and log houses with the use of aged, reclaimed wood.
Our subcontractors are a selection of highly specialized construction workers and artisans who have worked together for almost a decade and as a team constructed over a 100 houses. Thanks to this our average time of constructing a building is 15 weeks, to reach the lockup stage, ready for finishing works. We know the drill.
Thanks to working on many international markets and on a variety of landscapes and climates we have a lot of experience in constructional technology and material choice. Every country and region has its own specific rules and legal regulations. Every landscape requires a different approach to the logistics. After many years of providing our services internationally we know how to take care of such things. Our clients can relax and be only as involved in the process as they wish to be.
To our clients we recommend building a house based on a wooden construction. This technology allows us to build houses suited to any dream design while being more cost-efficient in the future. Thanks to their natural insulation properties, log and wooden-frame houses heating costs are on average 40% lower than those of a brick-house. All modern technologies available, such as heat pumps, heat exchangers and heat recuperations, can also be applied to wooden houses. The construction cost per square meter is lower. Wooden construction doesn't require drying time or specific weather conditions hence such houses can be built fast and at any given time of the year.
During our years of practice we've established long-term relations with material suppliers of all kinds. Thanks to this we are able to offer a vast variety of materials to suit our client's taste, at favourable prices. As a company based in Poland we have access to good quality yet inexpensive building materials that we transport to the construction site. Our Polish subcontractors guarantee long working hours and a complete dedication to one project at a time. There is no room for random, seasonal or distracted when it comes to building our client's dream home.
